For their unit 2b collaborative project, all BSc UX second year students collaborated on a design for an app for an external client, biotech company Proviris, who provide a DNA-based health and diet advice service. They use online questionnaires to collect data from their users about their diet and lifestyle, but knew that this process was laborious and unengaging for customers. The brief asked the students to design an app to improve this experience.
