The block below this is an “embed” block, where you can paste e.g. a Youtube URL to automatically embed the video on your page.

The block below is a “custom HTML” block which lets you paste in HTML code. In the example below, I’ve pasted in the ’embed’ code that was available alongside an example flow on UX-Archive, so that this chunk of the ux-archive page appears embedded in my page.
