My case study for my essay was “How do product owners and designers acknowledge that user-Centered Design is giving more benefits to their music streaming app?”. I study my case based on 3 apps which Spotify, YouTube Music and Apple Music. I started by doing some researches of the 3 apps and what i found interesting I’ll putit on my miroboard. I highlight some bullet point in miro so it’s easier fpor me to craft my essay.

When I’m done with research i can start my essay but i realize there’s a lot of repeatitive words i used. To avoid it i use https://www.thesaurus.com/browse/start for more advance use of word but as long as the word is suitable the use.
Aside that, since english is my second language, there some sentence that I couldn’t form professionally, so I worte it down with my first language, translate it then I try improvise the sentence. Not to mention, Quillbot has been a very good friend of me doing this task. I didn’t fully rely on it but it does help gave options of better sentence.
Lastly, beforei handed in, I install grammarly to check my grammar, Few corrections need to be done as some of my sentence it stated that “It lacks of confidence”. So grammarly helps me to polish the sentence i made into better,
